Our standard range of printed letterheads are A4 (210mm x 297mm) and printed four-colour process (CMYK) onto white 100gsm or 120gsm paper.

 

Our printed letterheads are produced lithographically, ensuring compatibility with laser printers. We do not recommend digitally printed letterheads, as they cannot be overprinted with a toner-based laser printer.

It's essential to ensure that your letterhead content is correct from the beginning to avoid any costly artwork changes or reprints later on.

You must include:

• your company’s name

• the company’s registered number

• the company’s registered office address

• the country of registration (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland)

• the fact that it’s a limited company (the company’s full name including ‘Limited’ or ‘Ltd’)

• If you want to include directors’ names, you must list all of them.

• State if you are trading under a different name to that of the registered company featured.

Many companies use their printed letterhead for invoices and estimates. Therefore, you must display the VAT number if the company is VAT registered.
