Delivery Policy

Whilst we try and personally deliver as many items as we can, occasionally due to distance or time we use national couriers to deliver our products. Everything we send out is packaged well and should reach you in perfect condition.

Our delivery service is tied-in with our production turnaround time and although we label this charge 'delivery', it also covers all packaging materials used.

Please be aware that our delivery and turnaround times are separate. Our turnaround time is usually between 3-4 working days (depending on the items ordered). If you need your order in a hurry, please do contact us as an express turnaround slot may be available.

Consignments sent from us use a 'next-day' service. However, please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed by our couriers, and is not in our control. In some cases, deliveries can take up 2-3 days.

Please note that for certain areas, deliveries can take 1-3 additional days beyond standard. Non-exhaustive examples are: Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), Isle of Wight (PO30 - PO41), Isle of Man (IM), Northern Ireland (BT), parts of Scotland (AB, DD, FK, G83, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE), Truro (TR).

Please make sure you or your client are available for the delivery. Any carded (failed) deliveries may attract an additional courier (per failed attempt) which has to be passed on to you.
