Crafted entirely from TPO, a specialised material renowned for its exceptional durability and strength in outdoor settings, this product offers a superior 'green' alternative to traditional PVC banners. With the ability to endure outdoor elements, including UV radiation and water exposure, this banner boasts an impressive lifespan of up to five years. Utilising a unique four-layer construction, it is an ideal solution for those seeking an eco-friendly option for printed graphics, both indoor and outdoor, that demand robust performance. These products can be responsibly put into landfill as the material does not release harmful bioaccumulative toxins like mercury, dioxins and furans as it breaks down.
With the performance to match a traditional PVC banner, this greener alternative is perfect for everywhere a typical banner can go including exhibitions, POS/retail, events, and well as more extreme outdoor applications, as this banner can handle temperature changes of as low as -70° and as high as 80°.

Please note. PVC-Free Banner cannot currently be bar-welded, and so cannot be used for pole pockets or welded oversized banners. Banners will be limited to approx 3m on the shortest edge.

Please note. As this is a newer material with initially lower volumes, we are ganging all print and printing on this material once per week. This means turnaround can be from 3 to 9 working days, depending when ordered in the week. Printing frequency will increase over time as ordered volumes rise.

Finishes Available for Vinyl Banners
Below are the standard finishes available for our vinyl banners. There are no additional charges for these finishes.

Hems & Eyelets
Banners will be given a welded hem, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem. The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that’s no problem at all – simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

Hems Only
Banners will be given a 53mm welded hem.
​
Trimmed to Size
Banners will be cut to the size ordered.
